St George's Hill, Weybridge

Namis Facades delivered a specialist render remediation package to a luxury private residence within St George's Hill, Weybridge — one of England's most prestigious private residential estates. The existing render, installed as part of the original new-build works, had failed approximately seven years after completion following issues with the original installation.

Our delivery approach

Appointed by the main contractor to provide a long-term remedial solution, we installed approximately 400m² of a new PRB monocouche render system, completed with a silicone-based painted finish to enhance the high-end appearance of the property. Particular attention was given to workmanship, detailing and protection of the surrounding property throughout.

Outcome

The project was completed and handed over in June 2026 with the client satisfied with the finished result. A manufacturer warranty was provided on completion, and since handover the installation has required zero comeback visits and no remedial snagging works — strengthening our relationship with the main contractor for future projects.
