Hardwick Square, South London

Namis Facades carried out a large cladding remediation project to an existing block of flats in South London, removing the existing facades and replacing them with a new, compliant external wall insulation and render system.

Scope of works

The package covered approximately 3,300m² of facade: the removal of the existing external cladding and the supply and installation of a new 110–140mm EWI Fassa render system. As cladding remediation, the works were delivered to the evidence and documentation standard building control and funders require, with careful protection of the occupied building throughout.

Delivery

The remediation was delivered by our own directly-employed teams, giving us direct control over workmanship, sequencing and quality on a technically sensitive, safety-critical scheme.
