Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo

Namis Facades delivered the external wall insulation and render package for the rear extension of the Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo, a central London hotel development providing 40 additional guest rooms.

Scope of works

Our contract covered the supply and installation of approximately 1,130m² of a 110mm Sto external wall insulation (EWI) render system, together with associated works to the hotel undercroft area. Delivery required experienced site management and close coordination within an active hotel environment, with more than 10 operatives on site.

Delivery, quality & outcome

The works were completed in April 2024 — on time, on budget and within the agreed programme — with zero comeback visits and zero remedial snagging works following completion. A manufacturer warranty was provided at handover, and the successful delivery strengthened our relationship with the main contractor, with whom we continue to work.
