What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are interested in and any notes or photographs you choose to send. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange surveys and provide quotations — our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to your request.

If you tick the separate marketing checkbox we may also send occasional updates about our services — our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing info@namis.co.uk.

Where your data goes

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and stored in our customer relationship system. Photographs you attach are sent to us by email and are not stored on this website's servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no consent banner is required. Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is strictly necessary for security. The map on our contact page loads only when you choose to activate it.

How long we keep enquiry data

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, quote and deliver any resulting work, and for our legal and warranty obligations afterwards (typically six years for contractual records).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact info@namis.co.uk to exercise any of these rights, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with our response.
