Farnham Town Centre Residential Development

Namis Facades delivered a substantial external rendering package for a major residential development in Farnham town centre, Surrey. Across multiple phases, our in-house installation team completed more than 600m² of spray-applied K Rend silicone monocouche render, working across separate packages for several subcontractors on the wider development.

The phased nature of the project required consistent quality, careful coordination and reliable mobilisation as different areas became available. Using our own experienced operatives and company-owned professional spray equipment, we maintained the same high standard of finish across every phase.
