We acquired a single dwelling on a generous plot in Farnborough using our own capital, then secured private investor finance to demolish and redevelop the site into two premium serviced accommodation units. The project was delivered by Namis Development to a high specification, creating modern, high-end stays that now perform exceptionally well.
Both units currently achieve an average occupancy rate of around 75% year-round, generating strong and consistent cash flow for the business.
