We acquired an end of terrace rundown property from a local landlord who was no longer interested in the refurbishment project. Using our own capital and private investor finance, we converted the building into a high-quality 5-bed 5-ensuite HMO, designed and finished to an exceptional standard.
The property now performs extremely well, delivering strong, consistent cash flow while providing modern accommodation for local professionals. After completion, we refinanced the project, repaid our investor, and released capital to reinvest into the next development.
